You can build your own payroll service depending on what you are looking for and only pay for those parts. We do not charge anything extra for employees joining or leaving or any end of year processes.

Payroll, Payslips and PAYE

This includes everything needed to run your payroll, supply you with reports, your employees with payslips and report earnings to HMRC. This also includes P45’s, P60’s and BACS payments of your employees wages (depending on whether you have a SUN)

Additional Fees

Installation fee - £100.00

 

Annual administration fee from 2nd year onward - £100.00

Optional Processes

Management of pension files and sending contribution information to pension provider - £10.00 per month

 

Set up of Auto Enrolment Pension scheme - £150.00

 

Sending of PAYE payments to HMRC (BACS payment required) - £10.00 per month

 

Payment of any Attachment of Earnings / Direction Earnings Attachment to the required authority £10.00 per month

 

Online Portal access for employer reports and employee payslips, P45’s and P60’s - £0.50 per employee.

 

Prices are fixed for the 23/24 tax year and are subject to VAT.
